Fleet Commonality

Hey guys,
Another problem.
A few hours ago I had 4 boeing 737-400 and Fleet Commonality said it cost me 144 000! ( for those four)
Now: I leased another 737-400 and Fleet Commonality said it cost me 840 000 now!!
I don't have any other boeing 737.
Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Have you added any other types of aircraft?
Commonality costs for all fleet groups increase every time you add an additional fleet group.

No, I just have 5 boeings 737-400 that cost 844 000.

I've noticed this before as well, but not often enough to figure out what the 'formula' really is.
Normally each subsequent purchase of a model has a decreasing cost. But every once in a while you'll buy one that'll give it a big jump up in costs.
It seems to function almost like Marketing costs and Routes, where everything's going fine until you open that one next route that causes your Marketing budget to jump up 25%.

This is kinda bad in this game.
Another people any suggestions how to decrease the fleet commonality? (staff training etc.)
