LACK OF STAFF?

Could someone pinpoint what exactly does this mean when you over 105% of staff in every dep't...
Does it mean add customer service? Route Dep't? Cabin crew? Anyone know what specifically - no flight delays but I wan't a non problematic flight!

You mean in relation to delays and cancellations? There will always be some due to lack of staff, no need to hire more personnell because of that.

Yes,  in relation to flight delays and cancelations... So your saying hire crew only when you see actual flight cancelations and avoid small little delays (2 - 10min - in relation to lack of stack)
Schedule I got and traffic - too clustered of a route time is all

I'm saying 100% staffing is enough and don't worry about "lack of staff".
