New Alliance: Air Credit Based in Milan - no overlapping with Airl. outside MXP

Hello,
Air Credit wants to create an Alliance. We are based in Milan and have a Star-like network i.e. we only operate flights from Milan to other Airports, but no flights from other Airports to cities other than Milan.
We are looking for a partner with a similar biz-model (so no redudancies of routes within alliance / competition routes other than those between alliance hubs) who is based in a country outside Italy, preferably Germany, the UK, Scandinavia, France or Spain.
Name still open for decision.
Our all Jet fleet (DC9, Fokker 100 & A320) is equipped with eco & biz cabins.
