I want to know if the time simulation is real, I mean 1 game day means 1 real day too, or there is some button for advancing time?

1 game day passes in 30 minutes real time. The game clock on your screen updates every time you update the game web page. The game time is the same for all players so there is nothing you can do to advance or stop it.
