Company Image falling

Hi
I have just checked my airline, and i noticed that the Company Image has decreased 3.8%.. This is not a biig decrease, but was enough to affect my Load Factor.
So, what may cause the Company Image do decrease? I just made an 1 year country wide marketing campaign, and still my CI decreased.
I have checked my aircraft conditions, and they all are above 90% ... most of them in 95%... My fleet is a bit old, 14.2 Yrs old (average).. but everything was doing OK untill now...
Should i start to replace my old airplanes with newer ones?

Old fleet will do it...14.2yrs old average means you probably have some 20+ year old planes. Delays/cancellations will drop your CI also. Your alliance has a bearing on company image also if you've left an alliance recently.
