just a quick questin
if you get a bankrupcy warning, and after that you are making profit, but youre still 10 millions in debts... Will you still go bankrupt if you havent paid back all 10 million in time, or will you not go bankrupt since your financial condition is increasing?

There is no problem being in debt as long as you have positive cash for loan payments and such.

If you are gaining money and coming (slowly) back to +$$ then it is ok. The b/c warning will stay there for about 24hrs in all cases.
