Hi there,
i just had a question concerning the personel moral. Is there any point in keeping personnel moral high? Does it affect your company image much? And does it prevent flight cancellations and delays. Because when my personnel asked for a payraise I gave them a whole lot more xD (i like to be nice, even to virtual people) and now the moral is 100 for all my personnel. Since I still have quite a small company it only costs me 12000 extra per week, so is keeping the moral high worth the 12000?

No need to overpay them. I keep the salaries at suggested, and morale is still 100%
What I have noticed is most affected by personell morale is delays and cancellations. I didn't have any probs with CI when I kicked 50% of my large aircraft pilots in Modern Times, but delays were extremley high for a while.
