When will the Berlin Wall fall?

The Berlin Wall fell on November 9 1989.
The reunification of of the two Germanies happened in October 3, 1990.
The Russian Federation was created after the fall of the Soviet Union on December 26 1991.
When will the passenger loads be affected in this game and which history date had the biggest influence? Any ideas?

I think the idea of the randomization is that there should be a little surprise in it. I think I know one person that might know... ;)
