Sami,
Firstly this is not a bug but had no idea where to put this topic. I am playing the EC game, its great. but due to the one continent no wide wide bodies are added. there is no A310 to order but we got a few on used markets, same A300 series.
Now i leased few A310s to grow and expand, but when money came in replaced them with A321's. problem here is A310 is considered as very large aircraft and A321 as large and hence i had to fire staff from that dept thus decreasing the staff morale and company image.
The old system worked better that it would adjust automatically, but the wages were a problem. Any suggestions on this.

Yep, I get what you mean and am aware of the "issue" here. In other words, the overall staff requirement stays the same but you'd need to fire-hire staff to sort it.
I'll have to see what could be done.

Well, you did give your pilots a pretty hefty paycut. I don't think a morale hit should be out of the question at all. Certainly not as much as firing them all though.
