Fuel burn in airwaysim
« on: October 02, 2009, 10:10:23 AM »
Actually how do airwaysim general fuel burn numbers of each aircraft? As I can see MD-11 with modern engine and sightly improved aerodynamics also have the same fuel burn with the old DC-10. Also How come the glass-cockpit MD-11 got same turn around time of DC-10? Is that really an DC-10 modern version in airwaysim? Or it just installed EFIS and 2 man crew certificate MD-10 only ?

There is a huge amount of data included when talking about airports and aircraft and comparing everything hasn't been possible. If you think there are errors in the data then please put up a bug report with enough data (and in this case sources for the data if available?) so that it can be checked.
