I see that some airlines have flights not originating from their home base airport.  How do you do that, I thought they had to originate from your hub.  Or is it they are going from hub, to a city, and on to another.  If so how is that accomplished.  Thanks in advance.

All of your flights have to originate at your base airport. However, when planning a route, you can pick a second destination, like this: A-B-C-B-A or A-B-C-A. That way, it may seem that a player has a route from a different airport then his base, but in fact he is just flying from his first destination onwards. Did I make it clear enough for you?
