CIUDAD VICTORIA - CVM
CIUDAD DEL CARMEN - CME
COLIMA - CLQ
GUAYMA - GYM
IXTAPA ZIHUATANEJO - ZIH
JALAPA - JAL
LEON BAJIO - BJX
MATAMOROS - MAM
NUEVO LAREDO - NLD
POZA RICA - PAZ
PUERTO ESCONDIDO - PXM
SALINA CRUZ - SCX
SALTILLO - SLW
TEPIC - TPQ
TUXTLA GUTIERREZ - TGZ
URUAPAN - UPN
QUERETARO - QRO

Please let me know if you would need any help on adding these.

Thx

Carlos.

I understand it is a new airport, but the old Durban Airport's runway is too short for Large Aircraft(although at the time being it is hard to proof if there are any international demand to there). I think  player like me who are based in South Africa would be very happy to see an airport with less technical restriction come effect, and bring more fun of course.  ::)

Bangladesh Airport Data
« Reply #22 on: May 31, 2010, 06:53:35 PM »
How come there's only two airports in Bangladesh? The Shah Amanat International Airport, which is the second largest airport in terms of passenger traffic in Bangladesh, is not even listed. Moreover, there are many other airports in Bangladesh. Please see the list below on wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airports_in_Bangladesh

I hope that this could be incorporated into the game?

Thank you,

Can't find this airport anywhere in the game. It definitely deserves to be added as it is a major US vacation destination.

I'm having trouble finding pax statistics though. Maybe you could find them on the comprehensive list of Mexico pax traffic for 2009?(wherever that might be)

Most people wouldn't use these airports especially as it seems to me most of them only have traffic between those, so it would be a waste of time implementing these IMHO....

cheers

Maybe for some users it would be a waste of time, but I find it more satisfying flying my airline to smaller airports in the game that are in remote locations. These airports would only be like those of many island nations in the pacific as most are based on islands themselves, and although most of the traffic is between them, there is almost certainly demand for flights to Aberdeen and Glasgow. For example flights from Eday to Aberdeen would have a small demand (enough lets say for a DHC-6) as many passengers get connecting flights from Kirkwall. Besides it means Sami can gloat that there's more airports in the game  ;)

Thanks  :)

Add some airports in the Dominican Republic - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airports_in_the_Dominican_Republic

Most notably, STI/MDST, Santiago...

Smaller but still significant would be La Romana as well....

Aden Adde International Airport (IATA: MGQ, ICAO: HCMM)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aden_Adde_International_Airport

aka Mogadishu International Airport.

I didn't even know Mogadishu actually had an active airport until Turkish Airlines announced service there recently.

Time   UTC-5(-4DT)
Latitude   27.988917
27° 59' 20.10" N

EDIT:Over the years, the airport has seen a number of layout modifications. An original northwest/southeast 5,000-foot (1,500 m) runway was converted to a taxiway to permit construction of the Publix supermarket chain's corporate aircraft facility on the northwest end, while Runway 9/27 was incrementally increased in length to 6,000 feet (1,800 m) in the late 1950s and then to 8,500 feet (2,600 m) in the late 1990s. Runway 9/27, its associated taxiway system and the current airport terminal ramp area is currently built to a design standard that enables it to accommodate Boeing 737-700/800 series aircraft.

Thank you Wikipedia :P
