Aircraft help - makes a loss
« on: August 22, 2009, 07:13:00 PM »
Hi, got one of my ATr72's flying 5 routes at 93.9% full, profit on each route ranges from 4k to over 12k my maths says it sound be making over 32k per week.

Problem is when i click on "aircraft" it is showing the plane making a 26k loss per week - it doesnt add up!

A simple bug in the system or have i missed something?

Hello Bettyb,

Have you had a proper look at that particular aircrafts infomation page?  Near the bottom it will show you what your spending to run the aircraft (navigation fees etc), and how much income its making.  More info will help us help you   :D

Hello,

just checked this morning and aircraft now making a profit. I have just noticed that the route fees are higher than other routes, and did notice last night that the ticket price was lower than my other routes.
I think a combo of the two (high route costs and low passenger ticket costs) has meant this aircraft made a loss.

Sorted now tho!
