hi guys,

i plan to hv MD-83 as my main fleet.is it a good a/c if i operate US domestic flts only out of KORD?Any advice and/or pitfalls i should look out for when scheduling them?

They are perfect I guess.... Tho I prefer the Fokker 100s.

MD-83 is great, except that fuel consumption can be a bit high. But if you hate waiting for the 737 or the A320, then the MD-83 is perfect for you.

If you don't need the range, get the MD-82. Just as good a plane with lower fuel and landing costs.

MD-*83s are great, Excellent range. Very handy when looking for routes further afield. No need to order a different type. They were my money makers in ATB1
