Gameplay concept
- Creating an account to AirwaySim system is free.
- AirwaySim consists of free demo games and full games that have a participation fee. The system has many different games running at the same time.
- You are able to play the free demo game up to 7 days.
- To play the fully featured AirwaySim games you must buy game Credits from our website.
- Playing the games is affordable: The standard game cost is 5 Credits to join the world and then 1 Credit for every week played. Which converted to real money equals about 0.1 eur / usd per day depending on how long you play (check individual game information for specific details).
- Game credits can be bought directly and easily from our website after registration. Major credit cards (Visa, MC) and PayPal are accepted payment methods.
- Game Credits used to join a game cannot be refunded as this equals a confirmed purchase of our software. Unused Credits remaining at user account may be refunded upon request but this may include a minimum refundable amount (see the full Terms of Service).
Account related terms
- When registering for the account you must provide a functioning email address (password will be sent there!) and your country of residence.
- Each user is allowed to have only one user account in the system. If you have forgotten your username or password then please use the password reminder or contact us. Users creating multiple accounts may be banned without warning.
- You are responsible for the safekeeping of your account details and password. Never give out the password to anyone - and nobody from the administration will ever ask for it either.
- User can use the account to participate in multiple games at the same time but access is limited to one airline per user per game. Any attempt to cheat in the games will result in termination of your account.
- Only one account per person. Registering for two or more accounts is strictly forbidden. Using multiple accounts will lead to suspension of your access to the website.
- We monitor the user accounts so if your family members / friends are regularily using AirwaySim from the same computer please contact us first to avoid problems in the game worlds. (multiple accounts from same location may be locked without warning until it can be determined that they are used by two different persons)
- If you later change your email address you must re-activate your account (so make sure the email is valid at all times).

System requirements
- The service is fully compatible with any regular "mainstream" web browser (IE8+, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari...). IE6 is not supported.
- Cookies and javascript must be enabled.
- Screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher is required. Recommendation is 1280x1024 or higher.
- The game has been designed and tested to meet the above specifications. User is allowed to use the game on the system of his choice but AirwaySim is not responsible of possible errors in the gameplay if these system requirements are not met.
Privacy
- The email address you provide is not visible to anyone except the site administration.
- AirwaySim does not transfer your email address or any other account details to any other third party.
- AirwaySim does not send you any emails, except automated in-game notifications of the status of your airline and game world.
