What is AirwaySim?

AirwaySim is a new multi-player online game where you manage your own airline. This airline simulation game can be set up to contain various scenarios and can start from any year between 1950 and 2006.

Online game - no software required

All you need to play is a web browser! AirwaySim airline manager game does not install any software to your computer so you can access the game anywhere. Game can be played with any normal modern web browser. Support for Flash animations is required.

Online multi-player game

AirwaySim is played thru your web browser. Our high-end server calculates the game results in the background every. The game progresses day-by-day in an "accelerated real-time" mode. This means that one game day is passed every 20-40 minutes (depending on game settings) and one game week usually takes about one real day.

Realistic economy, aircraft data and airport information

The economy simulation of AirwaySim has been built to support various different scenarios.

This airline management game includes realistic aircraft data that goes even down to aircraft performance details that are used in the game calculation. So in this game it really matters what fleet your airline has.

AirwaySim contains worldwide airport and runway data so your airline can fly globally. Depending on game settings however only some parts of the world or only some countries in the world may be playable. All in-game airports have also realistic passenger demand database.

Game in development

AirwaySim is still in development. Thus the game is not available for public yet. We expect the public version to be released during first quarter of 2008.
