What is AirwaySim?

AirwaySim is a new and second-generation online airline management simulation where you can run your own airline. Compete against other players and their airlines in the tough airline business and see if you can beat them!

All you need to play is a web browser! AirwaySim airline manager game can be used without any additional software and it also means that you can access this aviation business simulation game anywhere.

AirwaySim is a massive multi-player online game where you compete against other players around the world. The management moves you make will directly affect the operations of the other players. The simulation includes over 2500 airports around the world and over 350 different aircraft models - all of them with accurate details and specifications.

How to play?

Getting started is simple and fast

This airline sim usually has many active games (scenarios or worlds) running at the same time. You can participate in any of these, or many at the same time too. The scenario and details of each game world vary. AirwaySim can support scenarios from 1950 to the present. Player capacity is limited to 200-500 per each game world.

How much time does it take?

All of the games run under "accelerated real time" mode. This means that a single day in the game world equals about 20-30 minutes of real time. A game scenario lasts usually 10-20 game years.

AirwaySim usually has many "game worlds" running in parallel. You can participate in any of these if there are free player spaces. You can also participate in many game worlds at the same time. Each full game usually lasts approximately 2-3 months.

To keep your airline running you should be able to login once every day to manage the company. You do not have to sit by the computers 24 hrs a day - you have staff employed in your airline to keep the daily things rolling.

What does it cost?

To get started all you need to do is purchase AirwaySim Credits which allow you to join the full featured AirwaySim games. If you are not yet confident enough you can also participate in the free demo games. The demo version is limited in terms of features and game play time.

The standard game cost is 5 Credits to join the world and then 1 Credit for every week played - converted to real money the cost is approx. 0.1 eur / 0.1 usd per day! With this you can get started in your airline career and see if you can beat the other players in building the most succesfull airline.

Credits can be bought in various packages from about 5-50 Credits at the same time. The standard 10 Credit package costs about 5-6 Euros / 6-8 USD.

Playing AirwaySim is very affordable. The standard game scenarios usually last for more than 2-3 months so the daily cost of playing is less than 0.1eur/usd if you play the game completely.

How to get started?

• We are offering the games in two different ways, free demos and full games.
  
  
• The demo games are limited in terms of play time, number of available airports and aircraft models. Many of the features are also not available in demos and max number of players per 'game world' is lower than in full games.
  
  
• You can try a demo game only once. After that you must purchase play time to the full games thru our Credits store.
  
  
• The actual 'fun' is at the full AirwaySim games. These game worlds may have different themes or scenarios but they usually contain the whole world (more than 2700 airports) and our full aircraft collection (more than 370 different models). All the features are naturally included in the games and there will be plenty of other players.
  
  
• To join a full AirwaySim game world you must purchase Credits from our store. They are very affordable. The standard game cost is 5 Credits to join the world and then 1 Credit for every week played.
  
  
• The cost to play AirwaySim is approximately 0.1 eur / usd per day (depending a bit on how long you play).
  
  
• To be able to purchase the Credits and play AirwaySim you must be registered to our website.
  
  
• Make sure you read the Manual before starting to play!
  
  
• All the available games can be found under the Game Area tab on the main menu. Before making a purchase for Credits please be sure that there is a game available that you would like to join and it is not full. As this is a multiplayer game you will be competing against other players so you cannot make your own game worlds.
